- You must not already hold an active account on gck44. Only one account per person is permitted. Opening a second account will result in termination of both accounts.
- You must not be accessing gck44 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of gck44 is lawful in your location.
gck44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
2. Account Registration and Management
Account registration on gck44 is voluntary. By completing the registration process, you enter into a binding agreement with gck44 and agree to abide by all terms set out in this document, including any supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions, game types, or payment methods.
Account Security Obligations
- You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must notify gck44 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can contact support at [email protected].
- gck44 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. gck44 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Account Closure
You may request to close your gck44 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. gck44 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice, and to retain any funds that were acquired in breach of these Terms.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on gck44 are processed exclusively in BDT. gck44 does not impose currency conversion fees. Transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways, and gck44 does not store full card numbers or full mobile wallet credentials on its servers.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though gck44 reserves the right to impose account-specific limits in accordance with its anti-fraud and responsible gaming policies.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. gck44 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice provided where possible.
- Deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. gck44 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and funds originating from third-party payment accounts will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.
- gck44 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable verification requirements.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your gck44 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- gck44 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete required verification within the stated timeframe may delay or suspend the withdrawal.
- Only funds from settled wagers and completed bonus rollover cycles are eligible for withdrawal. Funds that have not yet completed the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
gck44 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specific to each individual offer. The following general provisions apply to all promotions unless an individual offer's terms expressly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are intended for personal and recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, bot activity, or coordinated play among multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the validity period, along with any winnings derived from it, will be forfeited.
- gck44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already in active use by a player will remain subject to its original terms.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the individual offer explicitly states that they carry no wagering requirement.
- Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting software errors — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gck44 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Providing false or misleading information at any point — including during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with gck44 support.
- Opening or operating more than one account on gck44, whether directly or through third parties, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, avoiding account restrictions, or any other reason.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the gck44 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
- Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability — including in game outcomes, payment processing, or bonus calculation — for personal gain.
gck44 maintains records of all account activity, transactions, and communications in accordance with applicable data retention requirements. These records may be used as evidence in any investigation of prohibited conduct and may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the gck44 platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of gck44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of gck44.
The gck44 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of gck44. You are not granted any licence to use these marks in any form without prior written approval. Any unauthorised use of gck44 intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gck44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if gck44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
৳500 gck44 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. gck44 will not be liable for any losses, including loss of winnings or game progress, resulting from platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.
8. Changes to These Terms
gck44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the gck44 platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — gck44 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via platform notification or email where contact details are available. However, gck44's ability to provide advance notice does not create any obligation to do so in all circumstances.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gck44 platform shall first be referred to gck44 customer support for resolution. gck44 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
